Jeremy Longchamp will join the men's soccer staff as an assistant coach, while Tabitha Kunst has been named an assistant coach for men's and women's golf.
Kunst joins the Quakers from Division II-member Minnesota State-Mankato, where she served as an assistant coach for the past three seasons including the Mavericks' conference championship team. She worked primarily with the Minnesota State-Mankato women's golf team, supervising practices and coaching players during competitions, in addition to working with the players individually on different aspects of their game.
Kunst also served as an on-site administrator for the Minnesota PGA at junior events, and was an instructor at several courses in the Mankato and Duluth areas.
She was a medalist three times during her collegiate career, with 11 fifth-place-or-better finishes and 18 finishes among the top Kunst is a double graduate of Minnesota State-Mankato, receiving her Bachelor of Science in biology in , and a Master of Arts in sport and exercise psychology this past May.
Longchamp comes to Earlham from the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine, where he has been an assistant coach for the last year.
His duties included assisting with recruiting, scouting, and mentoring incoming players with the transition to college life. In addition to his collegiate coaching, Longchamp also served as a club program coach in the New England region, and working with Spurling Fitness in Kennebunk, Maine, as a personal trainer.
Longchamp was a four-year member of the UNE men's soccer team, where he played in 62 matches as a defender.
