History[ edit ] World Championship Sports Network[ edit ] The channel was launched in as World Championship Sports Network WCSN ; it was co-founded by Claude Ruibal who served as its chairman and chief executive officer and Tom Hipkins who served as a member of the channel's board of directorswith the help of Carlos Silva its president and chief operating officer. InInterMedia Partners gained a majority ownership interest in the network.
Ovation selectively curates and airs arts-related series, specials, documentaries and films. We also offer viewers an exciting lineup of Ovation original productions. Since its founding, the foundation has supported nonprofit arts organizations across the country in the areas of artistic placemaking, STEAM education, and the Creative Economy.
Prior to Ovation TV, Gilligan was a financial advisor with iAdvisory Services, focusing on project management and system implementation for medium size businesses. While in this role, he was also involved in numerous acquisitions, divestitures and various business combinations and joint ventures.

At Ovation TV, Rader has responsibility for all business and legal matters, including production, distribution, marketing, litigation, intellectual property, real estate, corporate and human resources.
Rader graduated magna cum laude with highest honors from Harvard College. Rader attended Harvard Law School where he received his J. Rader is highly active in public service.
